Constitution

Preamble: We the People of Your Autonomous Nation, in Order to form an even more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure interior peace, love and tranquility, provide for the common security, promote the general welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our future, do conclude and establish this Constitution for our Nation.

§ 01 – Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression Council shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof if there is no violence and said religious dogma as the excuse; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Council for a redress of grievances.

§ 02 – Right to Bear Arms And To Own Land. A well regulated Irregular Force, being also necessary to the security of a free State, thus having the right of the people to keep and bear Arms granted, shall not be infringed.

1. Under the same principles any person once deemed mature and responsible over their own actions by their peers has the right to own land with no taxation to be charged over it.

2. Any person able and willing to participate on the defense of the nation under oath and official cerimony and subsequent admission earns the right to vote and to participate in the Council.

§ 03 – Quartering of Armed Forces. No Armed Personell, Regular or Irregular shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

1. Each community may manage their irregular defenses and their ressources as they see fit provided they share the interests of our nation.

§ 04 – Search and Seizure. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.§

§ 05 – Trial and Punishment, Compensation for Takings.No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Court, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Irregulars, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense twince under threat of loss of life and limb nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

§§ 06 – Right to Speedy Trial, Confrontation of Witnesses. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for their defense.

§ 07 – Trial by Jury in Civil Cases. In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed one Yan, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

§ 08 – Cruel and Unusual Punishment. On the case of Court, after trial been properly conducted, Concluding that heinous actions or/and wrongdoing or/and any form of abuse did indeed occur, Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishment.

§ 09 – Construction of Our Constitution. The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

§ 10 – Powers of the Independent Territories, Communities and People. The powers not delegated to Your Autonomous Nation by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the Territory, are reserved to the Communities respectively, or to the people.

§ 11 – Judicial Limits To Power.The Judicial power of the Council shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the Independent Territories, Communities or/and by Individuals of another Independent Territory or Community, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State.

§ 12 – Choosing Members Of The Council And Other Representatives.The Electors shall meet in their respective communities, and vote by ballot for Council and their Representatives, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same community with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as Councillor, and in distinct ballots the person voted for their representatives, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as Councillor, and of all persons voted for as Representative and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of theCouncil of Your Autonomous Nation, directed to the Prime Minister;

The Anarchon shall, in the presence of the Council and Ministries, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;

The person having the greatest Number of votes for Councillor, shall be the Prime Minister, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as Prime Minister, the Ministries shall choose immediately, by ballot, the Prime Minister. But in choosing the Prime Minister, the votes shall be taken by Communities, the representation from each community having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the Communities, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. And if the Ministries shall not choose a President whenever the right of choice shall devolve upon them, before the first day of March next following, then the Anarchon shall act as Prime Minister, as in the case of the death or other constitutional disability of the Prime Minister.

§ 13 – You May Own Property, Not People. We must all have access to equal opportunities even if the outcome differs. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within Your Autonomous nation, or any place subject to our jurisdiction.

1. The Council shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

2. Parents must have responsibility over their children with no interfearance from the Council and provide for their care and well being unless there is clear evidence of physical or/and psychological abuse, proven in Court, after pertinent trail.
